How we score companies
Every published review is built from 15 questions that cover responsiveness, deposit handling, fee transparency, communication, and more. Each question is rated 1-5 and weighted by importance to produce a 0-100 RCR score. We refuse traditional star ratings because they encourage extreme reviews and obscure detail.
Editorial independence
RCR earns money through affiliate links, premium business listings, and advertising. None of these revenue streams influence the score a company receives. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled.
